Key Responsibilities

Liaising with operational leads to ensure contractual procedures are followedManaging the end-to-end contracting process – from initial opportunity to contract executionHave good contract knowledgeHave experience in assisting in delivering proposed solutionsImplementing, developing, and documenting process improvementsMonitor the project and commercial workflow ensuring you are collating relevant information and supporting the operational project team

Qualifications

Degree holder in BS Education Graduate or any course related to itIntermediate to Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office ProductsCompetent to Expert level written and verbal communication skillsDriven and determined attitude - forward thinker, who actively seeks opportunities for the company and proposes solutionsMust have excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesStrong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and clientsDemonstrate ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A Licensed Design and Build Construction Firm. It is run and managed by Technical Management team composed of higly experienced engineers who earned their experiences from large construction projects both local and abroad; and competent/qualified support staff to meet the demands in varied working conditions. It is recently involved in the design of commercial building, in association with the government infrastructure in the Philippines.
