Regulatory Specialist I (6 months' contract)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Regulatory Manager, the Junior Regulatory Specialist is responsible for maintaining various product certifications, and supporting the integrity of the data in Company systems. This position will involve interaction with our regional Asia Pacific team, and other global Company locations.

By developing their knowledge of industry regulations and ensuring the completeness of the data pertaining to those regulations within our main ERP systems, the Regulatory Specialist I will play a key role within our internal team by supporting the most important part of our business: our customers.

Responsibilities:

Collecting, reviewing, and maintaining supplier documentation of raw materialsUpdating raw material and product information stored within the Company's main ERP systems with data from suppliers, industry associations, customers, legislation, and quality specificationsPreparation of information to submit to various regulatory agencies for product certifications, including, but not limited to: Philippines FDA, Halal agencies, Kosher agenciesComply with Integrated System Policy, Integrated Manual, Procedures Management System, and approved Work InstructionsOther duties as directed by the APAC Regulatory Manager

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)MS Office user level proficiency

Education & Experience:

4 year degree in Food Science or equivalentKnowledge of locally food regulations0-2 years of experience in related fieldFundamentals of quality standards
