Job description

Responsible for managing data for business analysis, measurements, and reporting using internal data and independent external sources to measure the effectiveness of current operations and specific project deliverables. Support the creation, configuration, and management of data capture tools required to deliver the program.

Further responsibilities:

·        Developing, maintaining, publishing, and supporting dashboards using Power BI (Power Pivot, VBA, DAX, Power queries)

·        Strong experience in publishing dashboards to Power BI service, using Power BI gateways, Power BI Report Server & Power BI Embedded

·        Troubleshoot issues in reports related to data and investigate data issues in source systems

·        Manages small projects as assigned by the manager; provides training and leads others as a recognized business intelligence expert.

·        Manipulating, transforming, and analyzing data sets that are raw, large, and complex.

·        Understanding all aspects of transformation data including, but not limited to planning, analysis and design, configuration, development, conversions, system testing, and production support.

Key Requirements:

To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials:

Qualification & Experience:

·        Degree Qualified in Relevant discipline in Engineering

·        Experience required: 3+ years of delivery in a digital/analytics role

Required Competencies:

·        Dashboard/analytics development

·        Demonstrable experience in building analytics

·        KPI/Performance reporting experience

·        Analysing and writing business requirements for development

·        Project management of new applications and products

·        Experience in utilizing Smartsheet or similar is desirable.

·        Working knowledge of Data automation and visualization tools is preferable: Knime, UIPath, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, and the ability to implement as appropriate.

Desirable Competencies:

·        Knowledge of Programming languages (Python, SQL)

·        Advanced Excel user
