Join the team that manufactures the most popular Filipino brand in mixes, sauces, condiments, and more, Mama Sita's! Being a QC Process Inspector entails strict monitoring, controlling, correcting, and verifying that products and processes are consistent with high international quality standards set by the company. Minimum Qualifications:Must be a graduate of BS Food Tech, BS Chemistry or relatedWith at least a year or two of relevant experience in quality control in a food manufacturing set-up.With at least 4 years of experience in Food Manufacturing for other Science related courses.Must be able to comprehensively and accurately fill up forms, prepare reports required by food safety standards.Knowledgeable with GMP, HACCP, OPRP, and similar standards.Must be competent with MS Office.A problem-solving, developmental personality is an advantage.Must be analytical, self-directing, highly motivated, can interact with people in all levels of the organization and can enforce rules with optimum acceptability.Must be willing to work night shift and/or extended hours.Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig, Metro Manila. Your scope of responsibilities shall include:Perform in-line monitoring procedures to verify that processing limits and specifications are met.Fill-up QC monitoring forms.Review of monitoring reports.Review and evaluate the effectiveness of monitoring procedures.Monitor and communicate all information on non-conforming products and process deviations.Monitor and evaluate if the production practices are in accordance to the standards and procedures set by the company.Assess if the process standards, procedures, and other relevant documents are available and are understood by the personnel doing the assigned tasks.Assess product specifications, monitoring forms, and procedures and communicate if there are possible improvements.
