Research Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop research briefs that are aligned with business strategiesLead the timely execution of all consumer tests under his or her teamCreates analysis and recommendations of consumer projects Reviews and ensures correct analysis and recommendations of all consumer tests under his or her teamRepresent CIA in cross-functional project teams and help provide consumer learning plans and directionsCollaborate with research vendors in assigned projectsSupport the establishment of a consumer-centric culture in the CIA organizationCoach Research executives and other direct reports and ensure the advancement of their skills.Other special projects that may be assigned by the superior

Qualifications:

Degree in statistics, research, social science or any related courseMinimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the field of consumer researchHas advanced knowledge in consumer research approaches and methodologies • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.Has keen attention to detailCan work independently and under pressureProficient in MS OfficeBasic knowledge of statistics and statistical software
