Compliance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Kaizen Head in accomplishing results thru communication, planning, monitoring, coaching, initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.Review of various documented information coming from difference departments to check consistency to existing established documented standards relevant to MS.In coordination with Kaizen Head/Asst. Kaizen Supervisor provide relevant inputs for a more effective conduct of audits, review reports and action plans and initiate modifications of documents based on it.To schedule management review meetings at the defined intervals, preparation of agenda and delegate recording of minutes of management review meetings for subsequent reporting on the performance/ improvement of the MS.Act as an Auditor in every internal audit activity based on schedule provided by Lead Auditor/Internal Audit Team leader, partake audit process from facilitation of audit meetings, documented information review, reconciliation and report making.Assist Kaizen Head in the assessment of various non-conformities, designate involved departments, review investigations made based from approved standard.Conduct verification of committed actions and monitoring of non-conformances for any recrurrence.Qualifications:Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology/Chemical Engineering or any related course, have an in-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation.Must have at least 3- years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferably food industry.Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and must be accurate, quick, confident and analytical with strong organizational skills and leadership ability.Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
