Responsibilities:Lead the utilization and/ or creation of analytical solutions using data science techniques for CIA projectsDrive efficiencies in CIA processes via creating dashboards and automated solutionsEffectively synthesize consumer learnings and data analytics to ensure that voice of the consumer is not just communicated but considered in business decisionsDiscover, uncover, and develop deep consumer insights via data analytics and translate them into innovative solutionsProactively seek and identify analytics tools for CIA to explore.Play a leading role in the development and utilization of data analytics in CIA via identifying opportunities and developing strategies to generate and analyze data then converting these into insights to help guide business decisionsSupport the establishment of a data-centric culture in the CIA organizationOther projects that may be assigned by the managerQualifications:Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or applied scienceMinimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of data analyticsKnowledge on consumer research is preferredBasic proficiency in text mining, Natural Language Processing, machine learning, statistical modelingHas a passion about discovering new things and translating them into practical solutions and approachesStrong analytical thinking and communication skills. Has the ability to translate insights, data, and analysis to compelling recommendationsExcellent organizational skills and keen attention to detailsCan work independently and under pressureProactively seeks out new opportunities and can provide creative and innovative solutionsProficient in Python, R and Power BI. Knowledge of SPSS is a plus
