Graduate of B.S. Chemistry.At least 3 years of experience as QA/QC Analyst and must meet minimum requirements; with licensed as Chemist.At least 5 years of laboratory experience in analytical chemistry;Good verbal and written communication skills;Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;Not less than 5 years’ experience in the same field and with license.Responsible for the active supervision of personnel and efficient quality control of assay results during their shift.Ensures that all analyses are carried out according to established methods, quality control standards and efficient workflow throughout the shift.Ensures QA/QC control standards are incorporated in the sample batches and in the proportions designated.Ensures optimum staff levels to achieve production and quality targets.Responsible for active supervision of mine and exploration sample receiving. Coordinates with the concerned department regarding mismatch between actual sample code against the transmittal, problems with sample identification and submission.Assist in the determination of the gold and silver content of solutions from Mill Processes and metallurgical Laboratory. Performs gravimetric analysis of mill and mine samples submitted per shift.Prepares and issues Incident Report Notice (IRN) to erring employees and other Administrative matters.
