Optimal Laboratories, Incorporated is a legal entity which is duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry and Securities and Exchange Commission and has secured all the necessary permits from relevant regulatory bodies. Optimal Laboratories, Incorporated is recognized by the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) since 1998 and a member of Association of BAI Accredited and Registered Laboratories and accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) to conduct analysis of water. Recognized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) to analyze air, water and wastewater samples. It also accredited by DENR-EMB Air Quality Management Sampling Assessment Team (DENR-EMB AQM-SAT) to conduct Stack Emission Monitoring, Ambient Air Monitoring and Workplace Environment Measurement. On May 29, 2012, Optimal Laboratories, Inc. was granted PNS ISO/IEC 17025:2005Accreditation by the Philippine Accreditation Bureau under Department of Trade and Industry. The Laboratory is equipped with state of the art instrumentation apparatus and manned by trained and experienced specialized Analysts who can handle the pressure of the demanding QA/QC and R&D requirements of its customers. A small extension laboratory facility was also established at First Batangas Truckscale located at Banay-banay, Lipa City on February 2004. On April 28, 2011 Optimal Laboratories, Incorporated transferred to a bigger and better laboratory building located at Purok 1, Barangay Balintawak, Lipa City, Batangas.
