Service Technician

Job Description:

Install new biomedical equipment by establishing, adjusting, calibrating and testing performanceMaintain biomedical equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests, following manufacturer's instruction; and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctionsSubmit completely furnished service reports on a daily basis to the person-in-charge for report validation and making of calibration certificatesUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational and/or training opportunities; read technical publications; maintain personal networkBuild good relationship with the customerPerform administrative tasks that are required for the processProvide clerical and administrative support to the management as requestedPerform ad hoc task whenever necessary.

Job Qualification:

Educational background and/or Certification on Electronics-related course/program is requiredPrevious work-related experience is an advantage but not requiredAbility to travel and conduct area/field work on a daily basis to perform and provide quality service to our customers/clientsMust possess good customer relations skillsWilling to be trained for months' time to further enhance the job knowledge and technical skillsAbility to learn new technical concepts quicklyAble to think clearly and provide a practical solution during a difficult situation
