JOB SUMMARY

The Junior Growership Management Coordinator is responsible in overseeing the implementation of all cacao production-related activities of the Field Trainers in the different areas. It is the primary duty of the Junior Growership Management Coordinator to ensure that the cacao production protocols set by the project partners Kennemer Foods International and MARS Foods are being implemented.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as Cluster and Farmer Development FacilitatorAssists in the planning of development strategyEnsures implementation in close collaboration with the field teamFacilitates the Farmer level TrainingResponsible for the technology transfer – ensures that all topics/activities are understood, properly and timely doneFacilitates the Training of Trainers (TOT)Responsible for the development of competencies and skill set of Field Trainers needed to perform the tasks effectively and efficientlyResponsible for modular development, scheduling, and presentation for trainingsevaluates and reviews the reports of Field TrainersConducts random checks to ensure strict compliance with SOPConducts monitoring and evaluationCounterchecks the reports of Field TrainersResolves issues and concerns in the fieldFacilitates the planning of development strategyFacilitates the program orientation and assist during implantationPerforms other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
