职位描述
The Field Sales Manager will oversee overall operations of Sales Force (Medical Representatives) and ensure to achieve targets through implementation of appropriate and operational approved strategies and programs.
Oversee operations/productivity and day to day activities of Sales Force to ensure meeting of sales targets Has experience in the Pharmaceutical IndustryDevelop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key account clients assigned to Field Sales ManagerProvide operational report as required for the sales force teamProvide insights on market needs and demands by keeping abreast to industry/market trends and practices learned from the field
