职位描述
Job Summary:
Analyzes process materials and raw sugar strikes collected and brought by samplers/sugar checkers. He/she must see to it that all stations are manned all shifting personnel during the shift. He/she shall also function as foreman during off-milling season works.
Job Responsibilities:
Per Polarization and Brix, perform analysis of the following:MolassesMassecuiteMixed juiceLast expressed juiceFiltrateClarified juice2.Perform analysis of raw sugar strikes per pol, moisture and color
3.Monitor off-season repair works
4.Prepare material requisition needed
