ISTA SOLUTIONS is growing and we’re hiring Team Leaders for a pioneer US Healthcare Account that will drive our teams to high performance and foster an engaged culture with Nurses and clients that align to our strategy and values.
The Team Leader will manage the team and provide effective guidance. Ensure that they meet metrics, compliance and quality in their work. Provide support and assistance to client. Develop and maintain programs to increase team productivity.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of BS Nursing with active PHRN license
* 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a call center setting
* Recent experience in US Healthcare account mainly Insurance Benefits, Claims, Appeals, Authorizations is a plus
* Clinical experience in geriatric or long term care is a plus
* Ability to think outside the box, have analytical mind, generate insights and strong problem solving skills
* Can start ASAP and amenable to work in night shift schedule
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 pm to 6 am
Compensation package includes a salary of PhP 35,000 - 38,000 basic pay + 10% night differential + PhP 2,000 attendance bonus and other benefits such as:

* Annual Performance Appraisal
*** this is for a temporary work-at-home set-up. Candidate must have stable wired internet connection with at least 12 mbps download/upload speed and back-up internet. Equipment will be provided to those who are within metro manila
