Tree Trimmer/ Pruner (API)

Job Responsibilities:

Climbs trees or ladders to access work areas using climbing hooks or belts as neededUses handsaws, pruning hooks, sheers, and clippers to prune and manage growth of trees and shrubsExecutes recommendations of tree surgeons in pruning, cutting down, fertilizing, and spraying treesSafely operates shredding and chipping equipment, feeding limbs and brush into machinesFosters healing and impedes decay by filling cavities in treesTrims, tops, and reshapes trees to remove low-hanging branches and to create more attractive shapes

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.Have a Professional Driver License
