Product Introduction Officer

Responsibilities:

Scales new products from a laboratory batch into a commercial both into Production.Conducts process characterization. Identify and monitor critical processes, process variable and test parameters and establish control measures to reduce and eventually make the process problem-free.Conducts process validation; prepare process validation protocol and report.Ensures development of products as required by the organizationIntroduce and conduct quality plan to new product introduction.Conduct problem-solving analysis to problems raised by concerned departments applying tools such as Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, statistical tools etc. and implement corrective actions.Plan, organize, lead and monitor activities in the area of responsibility to meet targets/deliver results.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent.Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical product developmentBackground in Process Validation is an advantageAnalytical with keen knowledge and exposure on product developmentTechnically competent in different quality tools
