COMPANY NURSE (MUST BE RN & EXP HANDLING HR) for TELECOMMUNICATION INDUSTRY/Salary: 18,000 - 22,0000

Job Description:

• Perform physical assessment and dispense medicine to injured employee or personnel• Assist injured employee or personnel during doctor’s consultation and hospital admission• Perform medical assistance such as first aid and emergency procedures in coordination of the companySafety Officer• document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential• Perform inventory and requisition of medicines and clinic supplies• Monitor and assigned of claims for sickness benefits, life, accident, and medical insurance• Coordinates with the Annual Physical examination program covering all employees• Submits reports to government institutions on company implementation of government health program,thus, ensuring company involvement on National Health Programs if any• Implements the company’s control system on health concerns thru the Fit to Work issuance• Submit DOLE requirements every month/year• Monitor Timekeeping (Attendance) of all employees• Making of company I.D for the newly hired employees• Performs other related jobs which may be assigned by the Department Head and CEO

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a registered Nurse with updated PRC License• With at least one (1) year experience in hospital or industrial setting• With at least 6 months experience in handling HR facets• Can effectively deal with all levels of people in a construction and telecommunication environment• Must be honest, result oriented, team player and with good learning attitude• Good in decision making and analytical skills• Good problem-solving and time management skills• Willing to travel anytime• Preferably from Talisay City, Cebu
