Audit Staff - Inventory

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES1. Reports directly to the Audit Manager2. Ensures a company complies with internal regulations and established control protocol3. Examines documentation, including reports, statements, records and memos to gather information;4. In charge in checking the expenses and other payables;5. Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts and process flow;6. Handle the audit of Inventory both JC Premiere and JC Worldwide Franchise Inc.7. Reconciles documentation with actual inventory or assets to ascertain accuracy8. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s result and document process and prepare audit findings memorandum;9. Acts as an objective source of independent advice to ensure the validity and goal achievement;10. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings to avoid fraud and reduce waste11. Maintain open communication with Management and Audit team;12. Conduct follow up Audits13. Other areas that have high risk that needs to audit as per ManagementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. Graduate of Accountancy/Finance, Internal Audit or equivalent.2. With knowledge in financial and operations auditing3. Can effectively work under pressure, result oriented and keen to details4. Ability to work effectively and independently5. Can work with minimal supervision6. Working schedule is from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

JC Worldwide is now developing new brands that will soon be introduced to the market. In addition to that, JC Worldwide has been getting recognition from different market sectors. Both Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. have appeared in acclaimed TV programs such as Magandang Umaga Bayan and Pangkabuhayang Swak na Swak, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and was featured in noted news weekly The Philippine Free Press and noted business magazine Entrepreneur Jan-Feb 2008 issue.
