We are on a mission to help owners of diagnostic clinics and hospitals to have better accuracy and efficiency in patient diagnosis by providing them affordable but premium digital medical solutions like Digital X-ray and Ultrasound Imaging Systems partnered with the best after sales service which can help them save time and money in the long run.

The successful candidate will report daily for work in the office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Prepare and test ultrasound machine and accessories prior to delivery and demo

• Prepare ultrasound delivery and demo checklist and countercheck with the dispatch officer

• Performs product demonstration to potential clients. Explain the knobology, functions and features of the ultrasound machine

• Provide product training and orientation to end-users

• Assist clients with their concerns regarding the ultrasound machine thru text, call or online messaging

• Report machine related issues to engineers on duty

• Improve product competence thru trainings and by reviewing datasheet of ultrasound products 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Nursing or any other related program with at least 1 year work experience.

• Knowledgeable on Ultrasound systems and its functions

• Knowledgeable on computer hardware and networking

• Must possess a driver's license restrictions 1 and 2

• Strong English-language skills, including writing, grammar and spelling

• Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized

• Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator

• Strong time manager with respect for deadlines

• Ability to identify errors and solve problems

• Decisive and critical thinker
