Directs the day-to-day operation of the Pharmacy Store branch in the achievement of its sales targets.

·      Directly dispenses or oversees the dispensing of medications and related supplies following physician’s prescriptions.

·      Reviews and ensures the accuracy of prescriptions before dispensing the medicine.

·      Ensure that medicines have adequate shelf-life and creates the necessary programs to deplete near-expiry inventory.

·      Ensures proper and accurate dispensing of medicines as stated in the prescription.

·      Dispenses precise and correct medication in the asked quantity and amount.

·      Consistently provides excellent customer-patient service with upmost empathy and care.

·      Provides proper consultation to patients during the dispensing.

·      Helps oversee the accurate and proper monitoring of Pharmacy stocks in the storage and display area.

·      Identify fast-moving pharmacy items and facilitate prompt replenishment of stocks.

·      Keep track of the store’s stock of medications and other healthcare and non-pharma stocks and supplies.

·      Ensures that all orders for delivery are correct, packed properly and sent out on time.

·      Ensures proper practice of proper pharmacy standard operating procedures as mandated by the corporation, FDA, and the government.

·      Ensure appropriate and timely endorsement of return of bad orders to suppliers in coordination with management.

·      Coordinates with management for suitable and timely stock ordering to support the store sales and service delivery.

·      Ensures prompt replenishment of products in the Pharmacy Section.

·      Implements proper handling procedures of goods and merchandise counter to spoilage, theft or pilferage, and breakage or damage.

·      In charge of any and all cashiering reports required, as well as maintain the accuracy of cash-on-hand at all times.
