Unit Manager - Medical Records Quality Assurance

Job Description:

The Unit Manager, Medical Records Quality Assurance oversees the day to day operations of the unit. He/She performs various developmental activities, such as the formulation of hospital policies, programs, and procedures. He/She reviews and approves hospital wide used documents such as forms, guidelines, and all related quality management documents. He/She monitors the implementation of improvement initiatives in relation to the completeness and accuracy of information in patient's medical records.

Qualifications:

At least 8 years of experience in medical records management or relevant field, inclusive of at least 4 years in managerial capacityGraduate of any 4 year course related to healthcare, legal management or library information scienceShould be keen to detailsFull-time position
