TREASURY ASSISTANT - TRUCKS AND HEAVY EQUIPMENTS

Treasury Assistant Responsibilities:Endorsement of daily bank transactions to messenger.Updating and monitoring of online bank statements.Updating of PDC monitoring.Updating of Checks Clearing Monitoring for issuance of collection receipts of cleared checksIssuance of receipts for cleared clients checks.Prepare weekly collection report.Checking of new clients PDCs and cash out or bank proceeds based on VSO, FRF and Bank PO.Monitor and follow up completion of lacking and check replacements of clients.Accommodate and coordinate with branches on request for pull out of clients PDCs for return or replacementsPreparation of transmittal and acknowledgement receipts for PDCs to be returned to clients.Coordinate with banks for PDC related concerns.Secure bank documents, passbooks, deposit slips, etcs.Follow up clients with one to three months overdue.Work closely with Collection Officer for redeposits of bounce checks and payment of overdue collections.Perform additional related duties as assigned by immediate superiorTreasury Assistant Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance.Previous experience working as a treasury assistant.Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.Excellent mathematical skills.Strong attention to detail.Advance computer skills.
