TRANSPORT/DISPATCH MANAGER

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required skill(s): MS Excel, Computer Literate (Email/ Excel/ Word) MS Office.Required language(s): Excellent command of English and Filipino (both written and oral)At least 3 year(s) of working experience in technical operations, transport dispatch.Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna.Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.Reporting directly to the Logistics Director and indirectly to the company Operations Manager, President and Executive DirectorPrimary responsibility is to oversee the company's operational activities related to fly ash delivery to customers and other company plants as well as to manage the transport dispatching of trucks.Significantly contribute to the roll-out of standard process improvement approaches for Quality, Health and Safety (ISO, Six Sigma, OHSA, etc.).Superior problem solving skills with a combination of technical knowledge and high sense of human resource and administration skills.Have the ability to organize many details in a broad view of the total operations and organization of the company.Knowledge of ISO and GPS Tracking preferred.Full-Time positions available.
