职位描述
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must have good communication and oral skills. Must have strong analytical skills.Can work with less supervision.Must be flexible in any situation. Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager.Assist Branch Manager in implementing business development strategiesAssist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies. Job Responsibilities: Collection managers oversee the financial collection department of a company Observe and review the interactions of staff members with clients Ensure that collections are done according to company policies and regulations
