Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound, and/outbound, and/or non-voice transactions according to defined quality, standards. policies and proceduresDeliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in transactionsEnsure accurate documentation of each transactionAttend to customer queries, concerns, and complaints and provide first-time call and/or transaction resolutionEscalate transactions to proper parties following proper protocolsEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresKeep oneself updated, aware of, and compliant with all Company policies and procedures which include information Security Management SystemsKeep all company information which includes customer information confidential and secured

Qualifications:

High school graduate or graduate of any related course or has completed 2 years in collegeWith or without call center experienceWith excellent communication skills (verbal and written) especially those without CCECustomer service orientationActive listening skillsComputer and keyboard skills (working knowledge of PCs e.g., MS Office)Reasonable analytical skillsSituation handling skillsGood motivational fit (job, organization, location)Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard shifts, holidays, or rest days as may be required by business exigenciesWilling to work onsite (IT Park Cebu City)
