Supply Chain Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

>Lead and Supervise Warehouse Staff

Effectively communicate with third-party service providers, vendors, local internal staff, distributors, and customers.Support and attend events for logistics supportCoordinate with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers to expedite deliveries of Associate orders and consignments.Lead the conduct of the Monthly Inventory Counts.Coordinate the deliveries of suppliers to the WarehouseEnsure that returned shipments are properly coordinated with the Consignee and with Max’s Customer Service for proper disposition.

>Ensure availability of fresh stocks in Warehouse and maintain optimum safety stock levels at all times by effectively coordinating production and shipment schedules with Supply Chain Manager (SCM)

Monitor and ensure adequate levels in ALL Warehouses.Prepare the Inventory Movement Report to determine how long inventory will last for each warehouse and National.Prepares needed transfers from the different warehouses and submit the same to the SCM for approval.Maintain accurate stock and sales records and compile relevant statistics for use in management information

>Ensure that all responsibilities are done professionally, notwithstanding pressures from work. This includes:

Communicate with internal staff, third-party service providers, and external Associates with utmost courtesy and politeness.Take the initiative in helping/serving our distributors/customers under reasonable circumstances

>Perform any other task that may be assigned from time to time
