Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of the annual audited financial statements of Ortigas Commercial Corporation (OCC) and the related analyses. Coordinates audit requirements to OCC SBUs and ensures timely compliance and resolution of audit findings.Ensures compliance to timeliness, validity, accuracy & completeness of OCC month end closing. Leads OCC’s monthly balance sheet clean-up and reconciliation for OCC and prepares monthly financial statements and the related analyses.Manage the financial performance of Greenhills Mall, Trade Fairs and E-Malls including the formulation of budget, forecast and forward plans, and month-end closing.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS AccountancyMust be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)At least 3 to 4 years of work experience in external auditExperienced in Audited Financial Statement preparation; experience in AFS consolidation would be an advantagePreferably experienced in accounting systems such as SAPWith knowledge of accounting and taxation principlesStrong analytical skillsEffective oral and written communication skillsWilling to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
