职位描述

This role is office based at our premises in Alabang, you must be both willing and able to work from the office to apply.

We have multiple vacancies for experienced BPO call centre operators.

We are Platinum Outsourcing, a fast growing, young & vibrant , Australian owned and managed BPO.

This position is day shift, working Monday through Friday- hours are subject to change but initially they will be 6am to 2pm, Manila time.

You will need:

2 years of customer facing (voice) call centre experience working for a BPO, troubleshooting or technical experience preferredBe a self starter, with an ability to think critically and provide solutions in real time for customers i.e. first contact resolutionHave completed a Bachelors Degree

The role will be:

Providing customer support via phone and email
