Labor Accountant

Responsible for the posting of all GL labour activities for both cost centre/functional reporting.Posting of all payroll related entries plus employee expenses for the month.Produce relevant balance sheet reconciliations as required.Assist in clearing daily queries relating to transactional overhead activity.Seek for and implement, in close co-operation with Rbasenior Labour Accountant, continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service for systems under control.The labour accountant is mainly responsible for the efficient and effective recording of transactional activity within the labour related general ledger accounts, including payroll, bonuses, commissions, T&E, benefits, tax, balance sheet reconciliations, plus understanding any escalation points for urgent and critical related issues.Timely processing and allocation to ensure efficient labour reporting. Will contribute to an effective control process
