Operation Risk Staff

This position is responsible for supporting the business in the identification, assessment, measurement, mitigation, and monitoring of operational risks in processes, systems, and people.

Assists the Operational Risk Officer in formulating and recommending operational risk management policies, procedures, and standards.Assists in monitoring and reporting BPI AMTC key risk indicators (KRI) data to the Compliance and Risk Management Committee (AMTC CRC) and to the Risk Management Committee (RMC).Helps in the incident management process which includes the tracking of action plans and actual closure of reported incidents to ensure that identified risk issues arising from systems, processes, and people are properly mitigated on a timely basis. Likewise, helps support the business units in identifying and challenging the proposed action plans on the appropriateness of addressing the root causes of issues. Supports the Operational Risk Officer in facilitating and monitoring the performance of Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) by all business units and assesses the completeness of covered processes and quality of risk assessment results. Likewise, supports the reporting of RCSA results to the CRC and RMC.
