Administrative Assistant (Project Based-Negros Occidental)

File and control administrative documentation, both in hardcopy and electronically as appropriate.Prepares documents and correspondences related to administrative concerns of the project.Performs bookkeeping and/or purchasing functions for the project team.Maintains confidential files on proprietary documents and company policies for contracts and procurements.Process, monitor and maintain updated files of project team personnel’s attendance, leave records/credits, hazard claims, night compensation, personnel profile, and other HR related documents.Facilitates/process, monitor and maintain updated files of travel document, reimbursement claims, liquidation of expenses and other Accounting related documentation of the Project team.Provide logistics support and coordination with transportation and travel arrangements.Provide coordination support for team meetings both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

College graduate preferably business or computer courseAt least five (5) years as an admin officer, admin assistant, or clerical position                                                          Computer literate (Knowledgeable in MS Office software) Above average oral and written communication Preferably candidates from nearby towns and/or areasOpen for 1-year project-based engagement
