Branch Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Branch Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall branch marketing efforts. He or she will be an integral part of the development and execution of effective marketing plans to reach branch targets from brand awareness to store promotion. A Marketing Associate should be a competent professional, able to perform and analyze data calculation, and carry out research to better prepare for marketing campaigns.   

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, development and execution of store marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the stores - store activations, promos for advocates, recruitment offers, membership campaigns, loyalty programs, reactivation efforts, corporate offers to schools, local organizations etc.Assist in reviewing and analyzing DSIs to further improve performance and identify opportunities for improvementConduct data-driven market research, competitive and data analysis to develop channel strategies, plans and initiativeMaintain files, databases, resources and materials for measurement of performance, evaluation of programs and preparing plans and projects

Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year course. At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position, preferably related to Marketing/Sales although other fields (like other business operations/finance) are acceptable as long as the candidate can show an ability to be good in numbers/data and translate it to marketing strategyIntermediate user of MS Excel (an exam will be given)Knowledgeable and experienced in data analysis (cost and profit) is an advantage.Excellent in time management, highly organized, great in project management, and can streamline processesWith above average oral and written communications skillsThinks out of the box and optimizes use of resourcesAchieves results with integrityStrong desire to use your skills to benefit the country and consumersAn interest in natural personal care products will helpLoves the Philippines!Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City and open to travelling to different parts of the country from time to time.
