职位描述
Responsibilities:
Handles all incoming queries and follow ups thru calls, emails, SMS, Zendesk support and chat sessions and online messaging apps in addressing all sales related product inquiry with fast and efficient service.Assists in partner inquiries such as but not limited to product delivery, availability, description, warranty, demo loan and Letter of Accreditation.Monitors and follow up sales leads.Applies basic account management principle for the most effective service delivery to clients.Qualifications:
-Graduate of any 4-year business or IT degree.
-With atleast 1-2 years sales experience in IT industry.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Willing to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City)
