职位描述
Job Summary:
The Sales and Promo Supervisor is responsible in developing, planning and creating strategic sales plan and policies to achieve the sales target and ensuring sales goals are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or a similar role
in the Sales industry.
● Sound knowledge in planning and implementing sales strategies.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good time management and organizational skills.
● Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
● Strong leadership skills.
● Ability to conduct in-depth research.
● Ability to offer excellent customer service.
● Ability to work in a stressful working environment.
● Willingness to travel as and when required.
