STORE SUPERVISOR - SAN PEDRO LAGUNA

Will directly manage the store from all aspect of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail OperationsWill represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business PlanningKnows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quotaCoordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted salesKnows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/CoopMaintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standardsEncourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidenceHas strong Customer Service SkillsPerform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time

  Job Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With very good interpersonal and communication skillsWith strong Store Management SkillsMust be hardworking, analytical and people-orientedWilling to work on retail store hoursWilling to be assigned in ROBINSONS GALLERIA SOUTH1 Full-Time positions available
