Projects Sales and Design Associate

about the Job:

The Projects Sales and Design Associate is primarily responsible for securing leads, selling, and coordinating all the transactions of Focus Global Home Furnishings products to high-end residential and hospitality developments. This could be done through the demonstration of expertise in design and product knowledge and providing outstanding client experience using effective communication skills. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

COMPANY REPRESENTATION

Company’s face - Acting on behalf of the company when dealing with developers and clients; Mastery of the company's SOPs and business directions is important.

LEAD-GENERATION/MANAGEMENT 

Saturate/generate leads Schedule product presentations, showroom tours, and private events

CLIENT MANAGEMENT 

Present products carried by FGI and highlight features and benefits to clientsProvide complimentary design services to address clients' needs (space planning, mood boards, material boards) and take part in Marketing events such as cooking demos, Mooncake Festival, open houseEnsure that company policies and decisions are professionally and pleasantly communicated to the developers and provide all necessary documents and requirements needed in a complete and timely manner

AFTER-SALES COORDINATION 

Be on top of projects, making sure that everything is flowing smoothly, which includes coordination with internal and external parties Facilitate documentation for ordering of items and monitor the arrival of items ordered, and coordinate the delivery scheduleCoordinate with the Developer, Marketing team, and Upper Management to minimize storage of cabinets and appliances in our warehouse, alongside the suppliers involved in the project

Requirements:

Must be a graduate of Architecture or Interior DesignRelated experience in handling projects like high-end residential and hospitality developmentsExperience in generating leads through saturation of design, architectural firms, and construction sitesExhibits excellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge in office and design software such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Canva
