DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Grow total E-Commerce business Manages, creates, curates, and posts content for Uratex Showroom Official Facebook PageBuilds and strengthens engagement in Uratex Showroom Viber Community.Lead for Omnichannel development.Strategize and Manage Drive to Channel Campaigns, Coordination with Platforms Key Accounts Manager.Ensures standards are met in terms of service level, response rate, delivery fulfillment.Coordinates with Operations, Customer Service, and Retail Back end Management - Promo Updating, Price Updating.Examines data trends, does dashboard analysis to increase conversion, basket size, and lower bounce rateComes up with innovative programs to enhance and improve the omnichannel experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Have experience in handling a Shopify account, Shopee, and Lazada.  Marketing background.Preferred - From FMCG, Retail Apparel.Background in Shopify backend is a plus.
