Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.No work experience required.Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Project Management, Process Mapping, People ManagementPreferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.Cadet Engineer:1. Will be working and leading continuous improvement projects.2. The proposed projects will then be presented to the Management team.Note: Fresh graduates of BS Industrial and Chemical engineering are encouraged to apply for this position.
