Senior PEE Engineer (Wet, Equipment Engineer)

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Maxeon Solar Technologies is seeking a Senior Process and Equipment Engineer (Wet, Equipment) to support major and minor Technology Development projects throughout the development phases into production ramp and full production release. The PEE Engineer assures that technical issues in Manufacturing Processes are well communicated to concerned teams for better yield improvement and results. This position will directly report to the Process and Equipment Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides team leadership to Process and Equipment Engineers to ensure completion of goals like production outs, yield, cost, and quality.Provides leadership for continuous development of group's values and skills.Participates in all business process reviews like PCR, EPR, SPC, and SG.Drives the group to continuous improvement on process, tools, and products.Drives the team to establish good process controls, systems, and procedures.Provides technical inputs on process and quality issues.Represents the absence of the Section Manager for meetings and reviews.Complies at all times with the Environment, Health, and Safety, and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules, and regulationsPerforms other duties may be assigned

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIonAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's degree in EngineeringKnowledge of SPC ToolsExcellent presentation and communication skillsComputer literate

Preferred requirements

With a minimum of 3 years of process or equipment engineering experienceKnowledgeable in programming (PLC, GUI, PC - based programming)Knowledgeable in texturization, etching, and critical cleansTool start-up and decommissioning
