DELIVERS:

Approved Engineering Design

Manages design delivery of multiyear project portfolio from concept, planning, feasibility, design, procurement, and construction and ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and within cost.Reviews and evaluates project designs as against project objectives as well as the overall performance/status of a projectMonitors and approves the activities and shop drawings carried out by third parties such as contractors prior to execution on site.

Completed Design Works (within Time and Quality)

Allocates and monitors engineering resources needed for the projectMonitors the activities assigned to Project Design Engineers to ensure completion of work within the required timeframe and according to project specificationsChecks design quality and integrates themConceptualizes and integrates designs across project phases, including gathering information, calculations, preparation of drawings and technical specifications, and writing of technical reports as far as process engineering is concerned

Timely release of Technical Bid evaluation

Reviews Technical Bid evaluation, as supported by the Design Engineers

Capex Master Plan

Creates and updates the 5-year capex plan of Laguna Water as a result from the annual planning session with the different departments and the approved water and waste water masterplan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Engineering course (Master’s degree is an advantage)Licensed Engineer (Professional Engineer is an advantage)With at least 10-year work experience in engineering design and support services in an infrastructure and engineering environment – water/wastewater and network is an advantageEvidence of continued professional development
