Services Engineer

Candidate must posses a Bachelor's/College Degree specialized in Chemical Engineering.At least 2-4 years of working experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, operations of water and wastewater treatment system. Particularly in Reverse Osmosis System, Ultrafiltration System, Deionization System, Multi-Media & ACF System.Flexible and Hardworking.Can work Overtime on Sundays and Holidays.Has good organizational skills.Excellent in decision making, with strong leadership abilities and communication proficiency.Self-sufficient, responsible, organized, hands-on mentality.Result-oriented.Focuses on technical problem resolution.Knowledge of electrical is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and execute cleaning of membranes such as RO, UF and Degasifier.Supervise the resin and media replacement, loading and unloading and testing & commissioning of the systems.Do and test different water parameters like pH, conductivity, turbidity, hardness, SDI Test and other tests we need to monitor.Monitor and execute regeneration of Dual Bed, Mixed Bed and Softener Resins.Make reports and recommendations on the service works completed.Submit weekly task accomplishments and report any problems on the assigned areas to the superior.Monitor and execute piping and tank cleaning and disinfection.Monitor the preparation and mixing of chemicals such as RO cleaners, antiscalants, and other chemicals that will be requested by sales.Monitor and execute dismantling and installation of tanks, pull-out, and installation of membranes.Monitor and execute simple programming and basic troubleshooting of controllers such as Stager, Magnum Valve, Fleck, Autotrol, and Performa Control Valve.Make the Bill-Of-Materials.Attend pre-bid meetings together with the Sales Executives.Plan and schedule the Services Team activities/work order.
