Role description:

Research of various ship types along with the commodities and cargoes they carry with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. The constant monitoring of the shipping industry as a whole from vessel movements to all commercial activities and the influences that affect them. A strong academic background and previous experience in a research role is desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work under pressure, problem solve and be confident communicating with fellow team members and management.

Verifying and validating dataCleansing and analysis of dataSifting through physical and online publicationsDaily maintenance of our bespoke database, in line with Company proceduresAccurately and meticulously entering information into the databaseContributing to all future developments.

Skills:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.Good English CommunicationKnows MSOffice applicationUnderstands research process in the internetGood analytical skills
