Job Description:Lead a team of electrical costing engineersDevelop fast and efficient way of preparing bidsDevelop KPIs to determine performance of estimatorsWork with sales team to hit sales quotaProvide value engineering to generate competitive yet profitable bidsMaintain existing engineering records and designsEstimate cost limits and budgets for new designsCreate Bill of Materials from Single Line DiagramsDevelop accurate electrical panel and switchgear costingIdentify cost reduction opportunitiesSupport all activities in cost estimationTake a proactive approach towards improvementsJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringStrong technical mindset and able to read and interpret ElectricalPlans Including the SLD, Schedule of Loads and Contract SpecificationsAt least 2 years’ experience in leading teamsStrong sense of ownership and urgency to deliverStrong attention to detail and ability to quickly pinpoint mistakes5 day work weekWilling to work in Calumpit, Bulacan
