Job Description:

Monitors received PO from client (On-going and completed projects), including billing status.Prepares Materials Consumption Confirmation prior to billing.Prepares As-built BOQ prior to billing.Filing of documents eg. PO and approved billing documents.Prepares Bore log profile and single line diagram for HDO projects.Schedules hauling of materials prior to implementation.Prepare cost – to – finish budget for new projects.Prepares IT Telco – related detailed estimate for biddings.Prepares costing upon request of client.Support on bidding preparations.Review proposed engineering drawings from subcontractors prior to submission to client.
