Job Description:

·Line Sustenance : Machine uptime and troubleshooting, maintenance of inventory of machine parts, equips maintenance technician direct reports with needed skills to do their function wellLine Improvement: Plan for continuous improvements. Coordinates with production on the areas concerning maximum usage of equipmentPreventive Maintenance- plan machine maintenance according to priority. Ensure machine is on its high performance at all times. Provide recommendations/corrective measures to improve and maximize utilization of machineDesign Enhancement: Develop designs that will innovate and increase capabilities of the equipment capabilities, align with customer requirements in terms of qualificationsDirect and manage Equipment Engineering maintenance teamProvide overall strategic plans to strengthen Engineering Department
