Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer in this division, the candidate will encounter many hands on tasks in electrical and communication wiring and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems, focusing mainly on the Air Conditioning System. The position will mainly reside in field work and people/project management.
Responsibilities:
Project / Team Leader.Plan and schedule daily works.Device Termination and Configuration.Trouble shooting and checking of functionality of devices and whole system.Communicate with contractors and costumers on site.Effectively troubleshoot, analyze and identifies automation problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve the problem.Replace and adjust defective or improperly functioning modules, devices and cables.Test electronic module and devices using standard test instrument and analyze results to evaluate performance.Prepare and submit activity reports relating to the job done.Performs other duties as directed relating to automation construction project such as installation of computers, control panels, module, devices, cables and terminations.SKILLS:
Knowledge in Troubleshooting of devices : Required skill(s): DDC control, VSD, Actuators, and HVAC Devices using modern techniques, skills and tools.Knowledge in three-phase motor controlCapable self-starter who takes initiatives to solve problems.QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree on Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Communication), Engineering (Others) or equivalent. Professional License (Board/Professional License Exam an advantage but not required).Strong Background in Electrical Systems or ElectronicsKnowledge in Building Management System (BMS). - experience is a plusSafety Officer / COSH / BOSH training certificate (DOLE) an advantageOTHERS:
Willing to travel and be assigned to site projects.Office based EE also for hiring.Strong verbal and written communication skills.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Ability to work with minimal supervisionPunctuality in attendance.Monday to Friday work duty, weekends off.Full-Time position(s) available for immediate hiring.-公司介绍
