职位描述
The Technical Service Engineer - Solar is responsible for the overall operation involving research, design, testing, evaluation and development of all solar products under FELCO.
Product TestingProduct evaluationProduct ResearchProduct DevelopmentProduct Manual Generation and Packaging ReviewsSolar Design (Wiring Diagrams for Grid Tied and Off Grid Systems)Test Equipment Management ( Maintenance and Calibration)Test Equipment EnhancementProcess Improvementsdocument Management (SOP’s/WI’s)Laboratory Safety and Cleanliness- They also provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; - follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document.
Job Requirements:
College Graduate with average fluency in English.Licensed Electrical Engineer is a must.At least two years’ experience in the same role.Must have backgound in solar installationMust have knowledge in using solar design software (PVSyst, Helioscope, etc.)Must have the following skills; - Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, documentation Skills, Analyzing Information , Multi-taskingWilling to be assigned to Ermita, Manila
