PERMITTING OFFICER/LIAISON OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS: 

-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in related field 

-Experience in OSP Telecommunication is an advantage 

-Excellent verbal and written communication 

-Strong computer and communication capabilities 

-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively or independently 

-Experience troubleshooting and problem resolution 

-Must practice good judgement and take ownership in safety culture
