Building Engineer - Electrical

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for building maintenance inspection and issues.Knowledgeable in administrative or maintenance report issues and creates task assignments for subordinates.Resolve design and development problems.Supervise and monitors day-to-day operation and/ or construction-related activities.Ensure project structures run smoothly and are completed within the stipulated time and budget.Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate head and/ or higher management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Electrical EngineerAt least 2 years’ Experience Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in project estimating, planning, and supervision is highly recommended.Possess strong organizational and negotiation skills in dealing with the contractor and suppliers.Must be highly motivated and a team playerCan work with minimum supervisionHas extensive experience in the construction industry is a plusProficient in plan evaluation and interpretationWilling to work as a Full-Time employee and able to be relocated to Mandaue City.Can start to work as soon as possible.
