Associate Engineer Technical Service (Fresh Grads)

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is a plus.Intensive field experience in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) of at least (3) years is a plus.Average to above average electrical and mechanical engineering background.Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide advice to nontechnically aware customers (either internally or externally).Excellent telephone etiquette.Ability to assume cross- trained functions in the event of low utilization.Ability to assume back up functions in the event of skills and capacity constraints.Computer application skills such as MS Office Applications, Mainframe, and other Business Systems and Tools.Willing to work on shifting operations which may include weekends with scheduled days off to support the assigned business and customers.Must be able to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in an environment of constant shifting demands.Ability to analyze issuesDrive for resultsAbility to foster teamworkAbility to build relationships

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Provide technical support in English (all channels) for all Emerson White- Rodgers clients and other internal Emerson teams using the then-current tools available to the Support organization.document all customer inquiries in the Oracle incident tracking system.Provide appropriate solutions to all client inquiries.Create new solutions where and when necessary and recommend changes to existing solutions.Review knowledge base solutions to ensure the overall quality of our knowledge base and online support capabilities.Develop proficiency in all Emerson White- Rodgers products from a technical perspective.Perform release testing of client scenarios prior to a new Emerson White- Rodgers product release.Assist in various projects as assignedAttend trainings, workshops, seminars, and focused group discussions of the teamWork within defined ComRes operational and employee goals by contributing to other projects if need be
